For the overall development of the student, every activity related to teaching learning process plays an important role in an institution. It helps to enhance the life skills which will help to make the student a global citizen.

Orientation Program

Every year PIE conducted an orientation programme for new students to answer their quiries and acquaint them with the college irrespective of nature of the teacher training course they persue.
This includes introductory session, giving them an overview of the college life, the rules and regulation mandated for each students in the college, it allows the student to get settled in their new environment at the beginning of the college session so that student getting socially ,integrated with the college culture.

Micro Teaching Skill

Micro-teaching is a teacher training and faculty development technique whereby the teacher reviews a recording of a teaching session, in order to get constructive feedback form peers and/or students about what has worked and what improvements can be made to their teaching technique.

Internship

Internships provide students with an opportunity to put into practice skills they have learned while in school. In addition, students should have an opportunity to enhance those skills, obtain the perspective of a wok environment and benefit from a mentor or supervisor’s experience and advice.

The main purpose of school internship is to make students aware of the school environment and to build such teachers who can be partners in the development of society and the country.

SUPW Camp

Socially useful productive work (SUPW) bridges the gap between life and education, education and work. It makes learning effective and valuable. It correlates knowledge with craft and theory with practice. It may help to increase national productivity and self-employment.

SUPW aims to help develop among the students the habit to work as a community, encourage community thinking, increase awareness of scientific advancement and develop a scientific outlook.

Group Discussion

To build Self -confidence ,Critical thinking,Communication and interpersonal skill ,PIE organise Group Discussion on the topics related to course content or current social problems .
